Does this work with spray-in bed liners?
Yes!

Does this work with plastic bed liners?
Yes and No. It should still stick to the outside of the tailgate (if the tailgate is steel), however the plastic bed liners create too much of a barrier for the magnets to work.  In this case, the included plate can be used to secure the rear part of the pad.  See how the plates work.

My truck has an aluminum tailgate.  Can I still use the pad?
Yes!  Since magnets do not stick to aluminum, the included plates should be used.  They are quick, safe and easy to install. See how the plates work.

What size trucks will this work with?
The pad is 25" wide and 38" long.   It should fit on almost all trucks.  Since it does not require any straps it's extremely flexible in regards to placement.

Can the pad be left on without a bike or other item on it?
Yes. The magnets are extremely powerful and will secure the pad in place without any weight on top of it, even while driving.  If used with plastic bed liners or with tailgates made of aluminum then the included plates should be used.  See how the plates work.
